<p><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW</strong></p>

<p>This position will be responsible to ensure that our customers are accurately invoiced and loan information creations are processed and funded. Responsibilities include; identifying trends in billing issues and resolving these issues with IT, Customer Care or other organizations, user acceptance testing new IT projects, and providing coaching to various other teams. </p>

<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Coaching and training for departments on deficiencies in training </li>
<li>Daily monitoring of billing exceptions reports and correction of any errors </li>
<li>Identify and report problems to appropriate audiences </li>
<li>Researching account activity to protect the company from potential fraud </li>
<li>Provide guidance on various project initiatives prioritize issues </li>
<li>Responsible for setting goals and objectives for staff under direct supervision and for ensuring goals and objectives are met</li>
<li>Approves Vacation, sick time and approves weekly time cards for department personnel</li>
<li>Effectively lead and retain BDCU staff by fostering a team environment and providing opportunities for staff to develop new skills</li>
<li>Works extremely well under pressure, meet multiple and often competing deadlines</li>
<li>At all times demonstrates cooperative behavior with supervisors, subordinates, and colleagues</li>
<li>Work closely with Vivint Technology (VT) to provide logic on updating exceptions and creating new ones with new products offered at Vivint</li>

<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>

<li>Education & Experience
<ul style="list-style-type:circle">
<li>Billing/accounting principles experience</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Preferred Experience
<ul style="list-style-type:circle">
<li>Salesforce (preferred but can be taught for the right candidate)</li>
<li>Zuora (preferred but can be taught for the right candidate)</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Skills & Competencies
<ul style="list-style-type:circle">
<li>Advanced skills with MS Office specifically Excel</li>
<li>Salesforce experience</li>
<li>Zuora Experience</li>
<li>Billing Experience</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and/or accounting principles</li>
<li>Must be highly detail oriented with exceptional follow up and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to take a data set and analyze and extrapolate data to determine a course of action</li>

<p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS</strong></p>

<li>Open office environment or fully remote work options available.</li>
<li>Some overtime required with seasonality and as special projects arise.</li>
<li>Travel: Less than 5%</li>
<li>Mandatory in-person meetings in office monthly.</li>
<li>Monday-Friday 4 hours a day</li>
