We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our global Agency Sales team, where innovation knows no borders. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will drive commercial operational excellence, market intelligence and strategic deal execution across the designated territory. You will partner with regional leaders, product consultants and matrixed global cross-functional teams to optimize revenue pipelines and elevate commercial performance. This role requires technical rigor, strong commercial judgment and the confidence to present deep data insights directly to business leaders and external customers. You will act as a central point of contact for key commercial opportunities, translating complex data into high-impact business decisions in a dynamic global environment.
What you'll do
- Lead data analysis and reporting initiatives by building executive-level dashboards and translating complex information into clear business insights for regional sales leadership
- Prepare comprehensive data and presentation materials for regular business reviews, explaining commercial insights and market intelligence directly to customers and internal leaders
- Act as the central point of contact for priority commercial opportunities, coordinating and tracking progress across global finance, legal and contracting teams
- Enforce rigorous Customer Relationship Management discipline by ensuring Salesforce opportunities are created, accurately updated and maintained on time to track sales velocity
- Evaluate customer insights and pipeline health to help sales teams craft tailored commercial solutions and drive product adoption
- Use generative AI, automation and modern analytics tools to streamline reporting workflows, eliminate manual data processing and sharpen strategic business recommendations
- Collaborate with global cross-functional stakeholders to align regional sales strategy with enterprise business objectives
What you'll bring
Required qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, commercial operations, sales operations or analytics within technology, SaaS, financial services, fintech, e-commerce or related B2B sectors
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or Google Looker
- Strong proficiency with Customer Relationship Management tools, specifically Salesforce, to manage complex deal approval workflows
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to present complex data and commercial insights to external customers and senior leadership
- Strong commercial judgment and coordination skills to navigate matrixed global teams and understand the strategic business implications of data
- Practical experience using generative AI, automation or advanced analytics tools to elevate operational efficiency and business reporting
- Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Preferred qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
- Experience working with international travel technology organizations
