Job Purpose:
Magellan is a global business transformation program accompanying a move of our ERP system from SAP ECC to S4 HANA. Magellan’s goal is to simplify, standardise and modernise our core business processes, enabling BSC to better leverage the power of data and to position our business for profitable and sustainable growth.
As the Business Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful Business Transformation across the BSC network (Manufacturing, Divisional and Distribution sites). This role will be reporting to the Product Owner, Manufacturing Quality.
This role represents the Quality Manufacturing site Business Users, collaborating with the Magellan Workstreams, SME’s, COP teams and Stakeholders across the network. In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining quality methodologies, systems and practices which meet BSC, customer and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pro-actively demonstrate leadership and seniority in the implementation of the Magellan transformation program.
* Coordinating and liaison with the other Magellan Workstreams, Business Process Leads, SME’s, Communities of Practice’s, IT Solution Architects and Stakeholders across the network to develop a strong and deep pool of expertise across Quality processes and Applications.

* Represent the business user by working closely with Stakeholders to translate User Requirements into Business User Stories and the ‘Who, What, Why’ Acceptance Criteria.
* Analyze and translate User Requirements distinctly and assess options before arriving at the aspired solution to improving current systems.
* Coordinating the User Requirements, aligning to Testing Scenarios, creation of test cases, and execution of test cases to support the Testing Phase and network-wide Deployment.
* Liaise with the Training team and Site Super Users/ Business Process Leads /Subject Matter Experts to support training plans for each of the key Applications to enhance the knowledge base across quality manufacturing teams.
* Work with the team members and other stakeholders on analyzing the impact of the system change and proper remediation plan for any risks raised.
* Fostering an inclusive workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational and personal objectives.
* Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high sense of urgency and commitment to execution.
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor’s Degree (Level 8) Quality, Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field required.
* 5+ years technical, professional or operational supply chain experience or equivalent in a manufacturing environment.
* Working knowledge of ERP systems combined with knowledge of key business processes.
* Comprehensive understanding of the MDD/EU MDR, ISO standards and cGMP
* Effective team member, fully motivated to achieve and demonstrate best practices in line with the department & global objectives.
* Strong analytical skills, eager to improve and results oriented.
* Good knowledge of the English language (verbal and written)
* A proven track record of Continuous Improvement and proactive problem solving.
* High sense of urgency and commitment to execution.
* Detail-oriented with ability to complete data entry tasks with accuracy
* Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize competing responsibilities
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; analytical and results-oriented
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Medical device industry experience
* Working knowledge of SAP S4Hana service management and/or quality processes which covers data management.
* Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to understand gaps and risk assessment.
* Previous experience of a major program introduction/upgrade, ideally within an IT/Systems or Business representative role is an advantage, but not essential.
* Sense of urgency and commitment to execution
