The Senior Business Analyst requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, being able to resolve analytical problems working with onshore, offshore, and client teams. You are a critical member of the Agile delivery team driving the development of business and functional requirements, communication at all levels and contributing to the strategic roadmap of the project.
The ideal candidate is multi-talented across several fields; software engineering, business analysis, math, critical thinking, good business sense, great communication skills, passion for problem solving. This individual needs to be highly resourceful and intellectually curious with solid analytical skills. The Senior Business Analyst must go beyond just running the numbers and be able to translate relevant information into actionable insights that provide business value to clients.
