Job Description
The Senior Business Analyst, Field Execution plays a critical role in driving cross-platform business outcomes through data, analytics, and field execution insights. This role partners closely with Field and Corporate leadership to deliver reporting, scorecards, and insights that strengthen leader accountability, improve consistency of execution, and enable informed decision-making. This position is responsible for translating business strategies and field activities into measurable systems, ensuring visibility into performance, progress, and opportunities across the platforms.Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the end-to-end inspection cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly), delivering consistent reporting on progress, gaps, and performance trends
Own and drive development of business scorecards and reporting frameworks across key growth metrics
Analyze performance to identify risks and opportunities, ensuring timely visibility to leadership
Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, drive alignment to business priorities, and improve metric clarity and usability
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence leader behavior and business outcomes
Design and manage accountability systems that track progress against field priorities, ensuring follow-through, visibility, and leader accountability
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability of reporting processes and outputs
Manage progress tracking, action items, and accountability systems tied to execution priorities.
Support ongoing enhancement of reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics capabilities.
Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3-5 Years' experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting
Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
Strong organization and communications skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders and levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SQL and/or Python for data queries and analysis
Knowledge of advisor and field leader business operations, systems, data, and processes with ability to articulate these and their interdependencies to others
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
Familiarity with the Ameriprise Data Lake and query writing

In-Office Collaboration
We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $81,700 - $112,300 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
