This role goes beyond traditional BA work, you will own client relationships, proactively manage accounts, and drive end-to-end delivery of features and solutions from requirements through to go-live. font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">At least 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Account Executive, or a combined role with a track record of managing client-facing delivery</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on experience leading UAT and SIT cycles, including test planning, defect tracking, and sign-off coordination</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven ability to gather, document, and manage requirements for software development or system implementation projects</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
