Objective of the role
A results-driven Senior Business Analyst & Transformation Manager with global scope, combining strong analytical expertise with a strategic transformation mindset. Operating with high ownership, this role provides functional leadership to drive initiatives that directly impact client delivery and contract execution accuracy.
Engaging senior stakeholders and clients, they navigate complex environments with a moderate level of decision authority, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.
This role sits at the intersection of Global business, data, and project delivery, and is responsible for translating complex business needs into actionable insights, defining requirements, and ensuring effective execution of transformation initiatives.
You will lead cross-functional stakeholders, enabling the business through data, process optimization, and structured project governance.

Enable business performance improvement through data, process optimization, and robust project execution
Areas of responsibilities
Data & Analytics
Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources
Define, monitor, and report KPIs to track business performance
Deliver actionable insights through data visualization and storytelling
Support forecasting and basic predictive analysis
Ensure data quality and contribute to data governance practices
Communicate insights through clear data storytelling and visualizations
Business Analysis
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Perform AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping and identify improvement opportunities
Conduct gap analysis and support solution design and evaluation
Develop business cases including cost-benefit and ROI analysis
Monitor and track benefits realization
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and priorities and Lead on execution plans
Project & Delivery management
Own project planning, roadmaps, and delivery execution
Manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ensure project governance, reporting, and milestone tracking
Manage change requests and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement sessions
Provide clear documentation, reporting, and executive-level presentations
Support decision-making processes and ensure alignment across teams
Ensure alignment across teams through effective communication

Education / knowledge
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Data, Engineering, or related field
Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and frameworks
Understanding of data models, systems, and integrations (including APIs at conceptual level)
Skills
Advanced data analysis and KPI framework design
Business process analysis and optimization techniques
Project management (Agile and Waterfall methodologies)
UAT planning and coordination
Data visualization and storytelling
Experience
Proven experience in business analysis and transformation roles
Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
Exposure to business transformation or digital programs
Consulting background is a plus

Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP) or Project Management (PMP, Scrum)
