CareDx offers products, testing services, and digital healthcare solutions along the pre- and post-transplant patient journey, and is the leading provider of genomics-based information for transplant patients.   The primary responsibilities of the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst include supporting Finance and Accounting through the development of dashboards and reporting that enable end-of-month reconciliation, audit readiness, financial forecasting, and revenue performance analysis. This role is responsible for producing accurate and timely standardized and ad hoc reporting, analyzing variances, and delivering visibility into key financial performance metrics. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and a solid understanding of financial modeling, revenue reporting processes, and KPI development. The analyst is expected to interpret complex financial data, translate findings into clear insights, and proactively identify risks or opportunities. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, maintain data accuracy, and effectively communicate results to both financial and operational stakeholders. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Candidates within commuting distance of the Brisbane, California office will need to come to the office on a regular basis; remote candidates will work and collaborate from home. Responsibilities:   <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop dashboards and standardized reporting utilizing data tools (PowerBI/SQL/Databricks) which could include, but not limited to: End of month reporting and reconciliation, forecasting models, A/R research, budget analysis, and ad-hoc requests</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform root cause analysis to identify variances in reporting, changes in trends, forecasting changes, etc.. Asist in developing a data driven plan to address questions.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Produce monthly KPIs and support month end close, audit inquiries, and required reporting.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proactively identify gaps and reporting improvement opportunities, identify bottlenecks, and work to implement enhancements that improve company performance.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Accurately produce and analyze ad-hoc data requests to stakeholders and management within the finance, accounting, or executive team.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist management and team with tracking action plans to ensure timely completion of projects and issue resolution.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Map current workflows and design future state ensuring to develop clear and concise documentation and user training guides.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform quality audits and assist stakeholders with user acceptance testing (UAT).</li> </ul>   Qualifications: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Education: Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field required.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience: 3+ years of experience in Healthcare, technology, or process improvement required.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with data tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Looker)</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">A collaborative and proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with excellent time management.</li> </ul>   Additional Details:  Every individual at CareDx has a direct impact on our collective mission to improve the lives of organ transplant patients worldwide.
