Provides analytical insight, performance intelligence, and technology-enabled solutions that help leaders make informed business decisions and improve organizational performance. Designs, develops, and advances reporting, dashboards, performance metrics, and business intelligence capabilities that increase visibility into operational effectiveness, workforce trends, financial outcomes, delivery performance, and strategic objectives. Leverages advanced analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and data storytelling techniques to identify trends, uncover opportunities, predict outcomes, and drive data-informed decision-making. Combines analytical expertise, business acumen, and technological fluency to transform data into actionable insights that improve execution, strengthen accountability, and support continuous improvement across a complex organization.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leads the execution of larger technology projects, coordinating operational activities to ensure efficiency, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
2. Identifies, designs, and implements process and technology improvements to enhance operational workflows within area of responsibility.
3. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align business operations with technology strategies and organizational goals.
4. Analyses and reports on performance metrics to drive continuous operational improvements.
5. Executes on operational technology strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.
6. Integrates innovative solutions to improve business outcomes and operational effectiveness.
7. As applicable, drives strategic alignment and operational excellence by guiding key external partnerships and leading cost‑optimization efforts that enhance financial performance and support organizational objectives.
8. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
9. Communicates operational status, risks, and improvement plans to senior stakeholders and leadership.
10. Provides coaching, guidance, and leadership to junior team members and supports their professional development.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
2. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.
3. Strong knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management.
4. Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience developing executive dashboards, business intelligence solutions, performance scorecards, and enterprise reporting capabilities.
2. Demonstrated ability to translate large, complex data sets into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and executive-level narratives that influence decision-making.
3. Advanced experience with data analytics, business intelligence, visualization, reporting, and performance management platforms.
4. Strong understanding of operational, workforce, financial, portfolio, and strategic performance measurement methodologies and key performance indicators.
5. Experience designing automated reporting solutions, data pipelines, and analytics capabilities that improve efficiency, consistency, scalability, and access to decision-support information.
6. Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and generative AI solutions, including the ability to identify practical business applications that improve insight generation and operational effectiveness.
7. Experience identifying opportunities to automate manual processes, streamline reporting, enhance data quality, and reduce administrative effort through technology-enabled solutions.
8. Understanding of data governance, data quality standards, reporting controls, and responsible use of data and AI in decision-making environments.
9. Demonstrated ability to leverage predictive analytics and trend analysis to identify emerging risks, opportunities, performance drivers, and future business outcomes.
10. Ability to partner effectively with business leaders, technology teams, and data practitioners to define analytical requirements, improve data accessibility, and drive organizational performance through actionable insights.
11. Strong executive communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present complex analytical findings, trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations in a concise and compelling manner.
