The Senior Business Systems Analyst – EPM will partner with DT & Business Leadership team to plan, design, deploy, execute & support post go-live for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) projects/programs in EPM Cloud. This person will also be instrumental in helping business stakeholders in migrating to the next level of FP&A business forecasting, maturity model capability and process visualization to allow business faster decisions in all matters operational, financial, and strategic.The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be recognized as a subject matter expert and DT FP&A key point of contact for ERP business users, within these knowledge domains. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will have thorough knowledge of system capabilities, as well as existing business processes, and will work closely with business stakeholders and DT team to implement new business system capabilities or enhance/stabilize existing capabilities.

Essential Responsibilities:
Functional Responsibilities:
•Own & drive FP&A needs across business functions for smooth Business Financial and Budgetary and to interpret accurate numbers in critical GEA- Haier Reporting.
• Partner with Business users to build new functionality, features, optimize various existing modules and Improvements programs to make Planning/Forecasting experience seamless for business.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and DT FP&A Point of Contact to ensure all the FP&A business systems are effectively working and proper controls and checks have been put in place.
• Instrumental in driving the future FP&A projects/programs strategy, work with our EAs for module/functionality/features deployment across FP&A modules and reporting.
• Should be able to work with Solution architect, Senior Analysts and Project managers to achieve project/program objectives and execute by reviewing and delegating work to other professionals.
• Be the DT Planning Contact point working to ensure all the systems are effectively communicating and proper controls and checks have been put in place.
• Regular Communication with DT & Business leadership, update Project Execution Status & Andon’s.
• Provide proper support to Core DT/Business teams to ensure smooth operations and solutions are designed which will not impact the business user experience.
• Assist with providing training to end-users, Subordinates & New Resources in the EPM modules.
• Work effectively with business, vendor/partners’ resources, and various DT teams such as Operations, Infrastructure, Integration and DBAs. Raise red flags promptly. Assist in building consensus and resolving conflicts, if any.
• Drive significant improvements on existing processes and practices, should exercise high degree of influence over others outside the job function regarding policies, practices, and procedures.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Design, Document, Test, Deploy and Maintain EPM Cloud – EPBCS, FCCS & ARCS Applications.
- Create, Manage & Maintain Metadata Data Creation Accuracy in DRM & Essbase related to Chart of Accounts Dimensions, Entities, Scenarios and Custom members across all EPM Applications.
- Design, Create and configure EPBCS/FCCS, FDMEE objects such as Rules, Mappings, Data Grids, Task lists and Web forms.
- Design & Develop Solutions on EPM application/artifacts such as business rules, calc scripts, reports, and rule scripts.
- Own & Drive activities such as metadata and data loads, data conversion, consolidations, eliminations, and reconciling data
- Own and drive Work with vendor on product issues and bugs
- Own and drive preparation of key deliverables such as requirement/design documents, test plans/cases, training materials and administration guides.
- Leverage knowledge of other EPM modules such as Essbase, DRM, ODI Windows batch, Shell, VB and Python scripting to build the appropriate design / solution for Infrastructure Design, Right Sizing of Servers and scalability of Infrastructure.
- Own & manage the development and maintenance of web forms, data grids, task lists and other templates.
- Responsible for compliance with all applicable change management processes and procedures including internal controls
- Own & Drive Maintenance of the Development, QA and Production environments including preparing system documentation
- Own & Assist in the revision of historical reporting for changes in organizational structure
- Own & assist in preparation of data for, and review with, external and internal auditors
- Root cause analysis & Troubleshoot data and user related issues with EPM application. Proactively ensure business receive accurate and efficient resolution to problems.
- Own & assist in periodic DR testing, SOX related activities and maintain proper documentation on all administration related processes.
- Own & Coordinate between Oracle/OCI teams & business Owners and conduct system related patching activities.
- Own & Drive upgrades of Hyperion EPM Cloud & enables new functionality.
Primary Tasks:
- Solution Design & Development: Develop and configure EPBCS, ARCS & FCCS solutions tailored to the organization’s planning, budgeting, and forecasting needs.
- Data Integration: Manage the integration of various data sources into EPBCS, ARCS/FCCS ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Configuration and Customization: Implement necessary configurations and customize EPBCS functionalities to align with business processes.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct comprehensive testing, including data validation and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure system readiness.
- Training and Documentation: Create detailed documentation and provide training for end-users to support effective adoption of EPBCS.
- Post-Implementation Support: Offer ongoing support, monitor application performance, and recommend enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Hyperion EPM and implementing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
- Proven techno functional expertise in EPM (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting).
- Proficient in solution design using Python/Groovy scripting, REST APIs, Calc Scripts, SQL/PLSQL and EPM Automate.
- Expertise in designing and developing scalable solutions for planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience in implementing AI-driven capabilities within EPM Cloud.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable EPM Cloud architecture.
- Develop functional and technical specifications, test plans, and scripts.
- Collaborate with finance and IT/DT teams to align EPM solutions with business goals.
- Manage EPM application security, user provisioning, and integration with IDCS/Okta.
- Configure and enhance EPBCS modules (Workforce Planning, Capital Asset Planning, Financials).
- Optimize EPM application performance for scalability and robustness.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate solution/design with Business Leadership and cross- functional teams
- Proven ability to adapt with a global team with a diverse mix of contractors, vendors, and employees, from early career to senior business leaders
