This position is responsible for facilitating and consulting on the overall campaign process for Qantas Frequent Flyer Members and Qantas customers across a variety of program/ product initiatives including pre-campaign data analysis, target list extraction, segmentation, campaign build, utilisation of propensity models as well as determining incremental campaign response rates across multiple channels and campaign effectiveness measurement and reporting.

As a Senior Campaign Analyst, you will act as the subject matter expert in data and commercials with the product / portfolio under your management. The position is able to work autonomously or in a team to provide recommendations and campaign solutions to your stakeholders.

You’ll have:

  • 5+ Years’ experience in Campaign Management / Targeting and Segmentation experience
  • Tertiary degree in Mathematics, Marketing, Statistics, Computing or related analytical field
  • Advanced skills in Excel, SQL querying and relational databases
  • Managing and prioritising a number of competing tasks for different departments
  • Presenting insights and storytelling to senior stakeholders and executive team
  • Proven experience in applying experimental design including the use of control groups for marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience in post campaign/program analysis including the evaluation and quantification of campaign / program uplift
  • Understanding of competitive environment and markets in the Loyalty industry
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks & meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude
  • Ability to meet Corporate and Divisional/Departmental Service Standards; and
  • Experience in Tableau or data visualisation tools (Power BI/Qliksense) is highly desirable
  • Experience in campaign management platforms ( Adobe campaign, Unica, CIM )
