You can join our team as a Senior Compensation Analyst, providing compensation support for multiple organizations and/or locations.</p> <h2><strong>Your key responsibilities:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Support the Senior Manager, Compensation Projects in executing the Global Compensation strategy that&nbsp;supports the attraction, retention and wellbeing of our diverse workforce</li> <li>As part of the strategy execution, you will focus on alignment with the wider Ericsson Compensation&nbsp;Programs and Projects</li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Ericsson teams, to ensure compensation projects and&nbsp;initiatives are fully planned and executed in a timely and accurate fashion</li> <li>Manage and propose relevant initiatives for approval, taking into consideration costs, communications&nbsp;and the people impact</li> <li>Lead on compensation projects including Job Architecture design, Pay Transparency, Pay for Performance&nbsp;&amp; Pay for Impact initiatives, Success Factors Implementation, Short-Term Incentive Design, Reward &amp;&nbsp;Recognition programs amongst other compensation harmonization deliverables</li> <li>Lead on external vendor management, negotiating and managing compensation providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service provision</li> <li>Supporting the Senior Manager, Compensation Projects in executing a proactive communications&nbsp;program covering all compensation aspects</li> <li>Provide leadership and guidance to wider HR team</li> </ul> <h2 class="no-bottom-margin">What you'll bring</h2> <ul> <li>Demonstrable experience as a compensation expert in a global company</li> <li>Project Management &amp; Project Delivery Experience</li> <li>‘Can do’ Attitude</li> <li>Knowledge of global compensation trends, regulations and compliance requirements</li> <li>Strong analytical and presentation skills</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building relationship at all levels&nbsp;of the organization</li> <li>Experience evaluating roles and ensuring consistent job leveling across the organization</li> <li>Experience analyzing internal equity, pay compression, and market positioning trends.</li> <li>Corporate compensation management experience (8+ years)</li> </ul> <p>Advantage:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with SuccesFactors</li> </ul> <h2><strong>How you’ll benefit:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Unlimited Discretionary Time Off</li> <li>Private Medical Insurance with the option to add dependents at your own cost</li> <li>Multisport Gym Membership</li> <li>Educational Assistance Reimbursement Program</li> <li>Lunch and Learn Sessions</li> <li>Opportunity to be reimbursed for conferences, trainings, and other events consistent with the area of work aimed at personal development</li> <li>Three Paid Volunteer Days a Year</li> <li>Reimbursement for the costs of prescription glasses</li> <li>Maternity and Paternity Leave</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#LI-WW1</span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>There’s no perfect candidate.</strong> You don't need all the preferred qualifications to make a valuable impact on our team.
