Senior Compensation Analyst

Position: Senior Compensation Analyst    Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (Onsite)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time) Who We Are: West Shore Home is a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Windows, and Doors. Purpose of Position: As a Senior Compensation Analyst at West Shore Home, you will use Dayforce HRIS and a compensation modeling platform to provide data-driven insights to support competitive and consistent pay practices across a multi-state workforce.   Key Role Accountabilities: Conduct complex compensation analyses including market pricing, salary benchmarking, pay equity reviews, and internal pay alignment assessments. Partner with Talent, HR Business Partners and business leaders to support compensation decisions related to hiring, promotions, transfers, and retention. Assist in developing and documenting compensation policies, procedures, and governance practices. Provide recommendations to leadership based on compensation data analysis and market insights. Audit compensation data regularly to ensure integrity, consistency, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.   Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. 4–6 years of progressive compensation or HR analytics experience.
