Senior Compensation Analyst Join our team and “Be You Be Aptar” Aptar is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst, based in its Aptar Chieti site or remotely. The Senior Compensation Analyst is part of the Global Compensation team which oversees the strategy, management and development of compensation programs and initiatives. The role will support compensation execution to ensure the business has effective compensation practices, as well as working on EMEA specific and global projects. Compensation In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the expected minimum gross annual salary for this role in Italy is 39.500 eur.
