This role is accountable to the Price and Performance Lipper team, which plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, independent fund content and analytics to the global investment community. With a strong emphasis on customer collaboration, the team supports report migration, resolves data integrity issues, and ensures the accurate and timely processing of financial data. Working closely with Client Success Managers, product management, and internal stakeholders, they document customer use cases, streamline operations, and enhance the overall client experience. Bringing to bear deep financial expertise and a commitment to continuous improvement, the team drives innovation and operational efficiency across Lipper’s suite of investment management solutions

 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Luxembourg data, providing guidance on Mutual fund structures, attributes, and lifecycle processes, and acting as the main point of escalation for complex data issues and client queries
  • Maintain strong governance and data integrity of Luxembourg coverage by leading periodic reviews, enhancing data processes, and ensuring consistency with global data standards and frameworks.
  • Provide expert support for complex or ambiguous Mutual Funds data issues, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-governed resolution aligned with defined methodologies and data policies.
  • Represent the Luxembourg function in internal reviews, audits, stakeholder discussions, and cross-team forums, clearly articulating data governance principles, operational processes, and decision-making rationale.
  • Participate in European Lipper Fund Awards review, being responsible for end-to-end execution, ensuring data integrity and methodology adherence, and coordinating with global stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely outcomes.
  • Create and deliver training materials, guidance documents, and knowledge‑sharing sessions to strengthen team understanding of classification rules, workflows, and end‑to‑end processes.
  • Analyze current workflows to identify improvement opportunities, including automation, process optimization, and system improvements, partnering with Product, Technology, and Operations teams.
  • Maintain and supervise automation tools and workflows to ensure stability, scalability, and long‑term reliability.
  • Conduct root‑cause analysis and lead corrective‑action initiatives for Luxembourg data discrepancies, workflow issues, and data quality concerns, ensuring sustainable improvements.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (targets) related to accuracy, operational efficiency, and data quality, providing insights and clear recommendations.
  • Support the acquisition, validation, calculation, maintenance, and quality assurance of Lipper service results, and coordinate ad hoc product delivery projects.
  • Resolve client data issues by addressing data integrity concerns, missing information, and quality‑related discrepancies in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Process data with accuracy and speed using demonstrable understanding of tools, financial markets, and approved data sources outlined in the collection policy.
  • Collaborate with multi‑functional teams to support efficient data sourcing, workflow alignment, and continuous operational improvements.
  • Partner with product management to consolidate and prioritize requirements for future enhancements in LSEG Lipper for Investment Management.
  • Support change‑management efforts by giving to readiness assessments, communication materials, and documentation updates.
  • Champion continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and workflow governance.
  • Provide operational support for data processing, data quality, and automation workflows, raising technical issues to the appropriate Development or Support teams when needed.
  • Support onboarding and capability development of team members through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
