You will ensure the precision and flow of data to our maintained database. In this role, you will balance deep financial knowledge with technical problem-solving skills. You will also serve as a vital mentor, guiding junior analysts and collaborating across our global offices to optimize our data standards.

Responsibilities:

• Keep Data Moving: Responsible for the precision of data.
• Build Better Systems: Develop proactive validation checks across asset classes to ensure accurate and timely data.
• Drive Innovation: Test new database releases and provide technical feedback to develop future software updates.
• Tackle Sophisticated Problems: Lead investigations into data anomalies, identify the root cause, come up with preventive actions, and share insights across global teams.
• Support the Team: Cultivate a collaborative environment by mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional growth.
• Protect Operations: Maintain business continuity plans and coordinate bi-annual readiness drills to ensure flawless operational up time.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Data Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A collaborative mindset, a passion for solving puzzles, and a desire to grow within a global team environment.
