About the role

Join Orange Wholesale as a Senior Data Account Manager to spearhead our efforts in driving revenue growth and expanding our data business across a diverse portfolio of strategic accounts in the Middle East. Your expertise will be critical in building trusted relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and leading commercial negotiations that enhance our competitive advantage in the marketplace. • Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of wholesale carriers, content providers, ISPs, and strategic accounts in the Middle East. • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aimed at maximizing revenue, profitability, and customer retention. • Lead the sales of Orange Wholesale’s international connectivity portfolio, focusing on IPL, IPT, Ethernet, DIA, Security, and related solutions. • Prospect and cultivate relationships with emerging content providers, digital platforms, cloud providers, and internet companies. • Conduct commercial negotiations, contract renewals, pricing discussions, and service expansions to meet and exceed business objectives. • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with key decision-makers and customer stakeholders to ensure mutual success. • Coordinate with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Operations for seamless service delivery. • Manage off-net opportunities and engage third-party suppliers to fulfill customer requirements. • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activities to strategically position Orange Wholesale. • Maintain precise sales forecasts and pipeline management using CRM tools, while achieving assigned revenue, margin, and growth objectives. • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients by developing tailored strategies that meet specific customer needs and drive mutual business growth. • Leverage insights from market intelligence to adapt approaches and remain competitive. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to hasten product delivery and market responsiveness, enhancing customer satisfaction. • Utilize strong analytical skills to assess sales data and forecast future trends, influencing strategic business decisions. • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to remain abreast of industry changes and advancements.

About you

With a minimum of 8 years of international wholesale telecommunications sales experience, you have a proven track record in selling wholesale data services to carriers, ISPs, content providers, cloud providers, and digital platforms. You possess a strong understanding of international connectivity services and have demonstrated success in business development and strategic account management, preferably within the Middle East and African markets. Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory, while knowledge of French is a plus.Your professional skills:• The candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in international wholesale telecommunications sales.• Proven track record of successfully selling wholesale data services to carriers, ISPs, content providers, cloud providers, and digital platforms is essential.• In-depth understanding of international connectivity services including IPL, IPT, Ethernet, DIA, Peering, Security, and related solutions is required.• Experience within the Middle East and Africa's wholesale telecom markets is highly desirable.• Demonstrated success in hunting, business development, and strategic account management is a must.Your soft skills:• Strong commercial acumen and advanced negotiation skills are critical for this role.• Excellent capabilities in managing customer relationships and engaging stakeholders are needed to foster trust and collaboration.• The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to identify and develop new revenue streams and growth opportunities.• Superior presentation and communication skills are essential for effectively conveying value propositions to customers.• Self-driven and results-oriented qualities are required to thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment.
