Technica Corporation is seeking a Senior Data Integration (Team Lead) to support INSCOM Data Capabilities Division (DCD) - Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO) task order. The primary place of performance will be Fort Belvoir, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with bilateral or multilateral partners in the areas of intelligence information sharing or intelligence data/system interoperability.
- Ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
- Ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
- Leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
The position will be located at a government facility in Fort Belvoir, VA and require work to be performed onsite. Any hybrid work schedule would require customer approval. The government has established policies for on-site vs hybrid work which varies across divisions and contracts. Where allowed, remote work must be coordinated with the team lead and/or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Active Top-Secret with SCI and ability to obtain CI Poly
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent education and/or experience.
- 8 years of data integration or related experience.
- 4 years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery
- At least 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
- Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM.
Desired
- If don't have a bachelor's degree, have an Associates degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline
- Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.
Certifications
- Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM.
