You bring 4+ YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. Ideal candidates will have strong quantitative backgrounds and both academic/formal analytical skills and demonstrated hands-on experience in statistical modelling and information visualization. While they will have some demonstrated ability to write code, they will not have learned programming languages for the sake of building their resume, but rather as a means to express their intellectual curiosity and analytical voice. data-aria-level="1">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, methodology, and deliverables.</li> </ul>   <h3>Must have qualifications</h3> To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:  <ul> <li>Advanced/Fluent English</li> <li>Proven industry experience developing predictive or inferential statistical models OR a Master’s/PhD in  Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar quantitative field. </li> <li>4+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or analytical roles. </li> <li>Strong proficiency in SQL, Python,  with the ability to interface with each component in the full pipeline from data ingestion to insight.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Data Analysis</li> <li>Practical experience with Experimentation / A/B Testing</li> <li>Experience with Data Visualization tools</li> <li>Ability to work with strong autonomy, managing analyses end-to-end</li> <li>Strong communication skills, able to engage directly with stakeholders and translate business needs into analytical work</li> </ul>   <h3>Nice to have qualifications  </h3> <ul> <li>Experience with Generative AI</li> <li>Experience with LangChain / LangGraph</li> <li>Experience with AI-powered dashboarding</li> <li>Experience with Metabase</li> <li>Experience with Power BI, Tableau or
