The best candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- Ability to understand, read, and program in classic ASP and ASP.net as well as HTML and Angular.
- Familiarity with Site Core and Hub Spot website packages.
- General Network, Server, and Telecommunications knowledge/understanding.
- Understanding of Systems Security protocols and vulnerabilities.
- Willingness to learn AI and apply to business.
- General desktop support related to hardware and software in a Microsoft Windows environment.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, BCIS, a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience
- 5+ years of relevant and progressive professional experience in software application development, product management, or business systems analysis

- Ability to apply knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures.
- Business Intelligence Reporting Tools, such as MicroStrategy or Power BI.
- SQL query skills against multiple databases such as, Oracle, SQL Server, and Snowflake.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, and professionalism to communicate effectively with employees, adjusters, agencies, agents, the State Departments of Insurance, and the general public.
- Advanced organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay Transparency
The pay range for this position is $87,400-$131,000, which includes geographic adjustments, where applicable. The pay range is the range TMHCC, in good faith, believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The hired applicant will be offered pay within the entire range based on the candidate's geographic location, qualifications, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
