Role Overview:

We are looking for a versatile, "full-stack" AI practitioner to join our India-based innovation hub. This isn't just a data science roleā€”itā€™s a builder role. You will bridge the gap between raw data and autonomous intelligence, moving rapidly from concept to Pilot and MVP. You will be the primary technical engine supporting our global teams, turning complex business problems into functional Agentic AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End AI Development: Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions, including data discovery, feature engineering, model selection, and deployment.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Build functional "proof-of-concept" applications in weeks, not months, to validate AI use cases for global stakeholders.
  • Agentic AI Orchestration: Design and implement AI Agents capable of reasoning, using tools, and executing multi-step workflows (using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI).
  • Data Craftsmanship: Perform complex data prep and pipeline construction to ensure high-quality "fuel" for your models.
  • Global Collaboration: Act as a technical consultant for global teams, translating business requirements into scalable AI architectures.

Requirements:

  • Data Engineering: Expert in SQL, Python, and data wrangling (Pandas/Polars). Experience with vector databases and Databricks is highly preferable.
  • ML & Data Science: Strong foundation in statistical modeling, supervised/unsupervised learning, and NLP.
  • Generative AI: Hands-on experience with LLMs (Copilot Studio, Claude), prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
  • Agentic Systems: Demonstrated ability to build autonomous agents that utilize tool-calling and multi-agent orchestration (ex. MCP)
  • Full-Stack/DevOps: Ability to wrap models in simple APIs (FastAPI/Flask) or Apps (Replit / Lovable) for stakeholder demos.

Competencies:

  • The "Builder" Mentality: You prefer a working prototype over a 50-slide PowerPoint.
  • Adaptability: You stay ahead of the curve in the fast-moving AI landscape and can pivot your tech stack as new models emerge.
  • Communication: Ability to explain complex AI logic to non-technical global stakeholders clearly and concisely.
