We are seeking an accomplished and forward-looking Senior Director to build and lead our Insights, Analytics & Intelligence Desk — a strategic capability designed to strengthen how we understand, measure, and grow the business. This role will sit in our New York, NY office, at the center of the firm’s commercial decision-making infrastructure, shaping how data is translated into executive insight, commercial action, and growth. Working in close partnership with the Service Hub lead and key stakeholders across the organization, this leader will help define the data and insights foundation that underpins commercial decision-making. In coordination with the Service Hub, they will ensure the business is supported by high-quality, well-structured, and well-governed information. This role, however, will own the translation of that information into the commercial narratives, management insights, and action agendas presented to Sales leadership, the CRO, and the CEO.

This leader will design, build, and own the rhythm of the business across forecasting, business reviews, performance management, and earnings storytelling — creating the management mechanisms, commercial narratives, and decision frameworks that enable leadership to act with clarity and precision. The mandate is not simply to report data, but to define what the data means, determine what matters most, and drive the actions required to accelerate growth in the most profitable, strategic, and highest-impact areas of the business. The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of executive leadership, commercial orientation, analytical depth, and operational rigor. They will be equally comfortable shaping strategy, building institutional capabilities, and driving execution across cross-functional teams in a complex and fast-moving environment.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Build and lead the Insights, Analytics & Intelligence Desk as a strategic commercial capability that supports executive decision-making and business growth.

  • Create, institutionalize, and own the rhythm of the business for the commercial organization, including forecasting, business reviews, performance management cadences, and earnings storytelling.

  • Own the end-to-end forecasting process, including methodology, governance, inputs, assumptions, outputs, and leadership alignment.

  • Lead the development of executive-level commercial narratives and decision support materials for Sales leadership, the CRO, and the CEO, ensuring clarity on business performance, risks, opportunities, and required actions.

  • Translate data into actionable business intelligence with a sharp focus on the “so what” and “now what” — identifying what is driving performance and what actions should be taken to improve outcomes.

  • Develop analytical frameworks that provide visibility into business drivers across line of business, segment, product, and geography, with particular focus on growth, profitability, and commercial impact.

  • Partner closely with the Service Hub lead to shape the data and insights foundation that supports the organization, including alignment on how information is captured, structured, enriched, and governed.

  • Ensure that the outputs of the function leverage this foundation effectively to deliver high-quality commercial insight, management reporting, and executive storytelling.

  • Advance a more technology-forward approach to intelligence generation, including the use of third-party data to enrich leads, contacts, and market visibility.

  • Help define and architect the systems, workflows, and business rules needed to optimize data collection, usage, nomenclature, and tagging in support of stronger commercial insight generation.

  • Leverage AI and advanced analytics to generate more proactive, actionable, and scalable insights that improve decision-making and uncover growth opportunities.

  • Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers before they become visible through traditional reporting, building a more proactive commercial intelligence capability.

  • Scope and deliver large, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, including requirements gathering, process and data specification, stakeholder coordination, implementation, and launch.

  • Establish clear management mechanisms, roles, responsibilities, and outputs across business, service, technology, and analytics stakeholders.

  • Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, navigate tradeoffs, and balance strategic ambition with operational feasibility and speed to impact.

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team with a culture of rigor, curiosity, accountability, and business partnership.

  • A clearly defined and effective rhythm of the business for the commercial organization.
  • Forecasting that is credible, disciplined, and fully embedded in leadership decision-making.
  • Executive business reviews and earnings narratives that are insight-led, action-oriented, and grounded in the most material drivers of performance.
  • Stronger visibility into business performance and growth drivers across line of business, segment, product, and geography.
  • Better use of internal and third-party data to improve commercial intelligence and opportunity identification.
  • More effective use of AI and advanced analytics to generate proactive, actionable insight at scale.
  • Strong partnership with the Service Hub to ensure that the underlying data foundation supports high-quality business intelligence and commercial action.
  • A function that consistently drives the “so what” and “now what” needed to unlock growth in the most profitable and highest-impact areas of the business.
