5 years or above in financial/management reporting related work is necessary, fluent English communication is a must; experience in visualization tools and knowledge in insurance operations are highly preferred

- Bachelor Degree or above (finance or business related, ACCA/CMA holder preferred)
- English: proficient in both speaking and writing
- Communication skills: strong interpersonal skills
- Tools: good understanding of Excel functions, and pivot tables; strong knowledge of common office tools (Word, PPT, Visio)
- Reporting skills: able to distill information into understandable format, and understand the nuances of written commentary for senior management reporting
- Technical skills: the following skills/knowledge are highly preferred: visualization tools (e.g. QlikView, Tableau, PowerBI); automation flows (e.g. Power App, Power Automate) , querying languages (e.g. My Sql)
- Strong logics and strong reasoning skills
- Excellent communicator and multi-tasking problem solver
- Self-starter, attentive to details, well-organized and team oriented
- Willing to work on flexible shiftย
