<div class="content-intro"><p>At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency and respiratory illnesses.</p></div><p>The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the Corporate FP&A team, responsible for delivering actionable financial, marketing, and operational insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making. This role will assist in the development of scalable Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, evaluate ROI across key initiatives, and partner cross-functionally to define, monitor, and improve metrics related to growth, efficiency, and profitability.</p> <p>The ideal candidate combines strong financial planning and analysis expertise with the ability to transform complex operational and financial data into meaningful insights. This individual will play a critical role in developing scalable reporting solutions, building executive-level dashboards in Power BI, and advancing the organization's data-driven decision-making capabilities.</p> <p><strong>Accountabilities & Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the annual budgeting, long-range planning, and quarterly forecasting processes for assigned departments and business functions</li> <li>Develop, maintain, and enhance financial and operational dashboards and reporting solutions utilizing Power BI and other analytics tools</li> <li>Build and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ROI, marketing effectiveness, operating expenses, headcount, productivity, and business performance</li> <li>Analyze trends in spending, workforce investments, and operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to business leaders</li> <li>Partner with functional leaders to evaluate strategic investments and measure financial outcomes against business objectives</li> <li>Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting packages, including variance analysis, trend reporting, and executive-level insights</li> <li>Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support investment decisions, resource allocation, and business planning</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation, data quality, and analytical processes across the organization</li> <li>Serve as a trusted business partner to assigned departments by providing data-driven recommendations and financial guidance</li> <li>Support preparation of presentations and analysis for executive leadership and the Board of Directors</li> <li>Lead ad hoc analyses and special projects that provide actionable insights for critical business decisions</li> <li>Monitor departmental expenditures and workforce trends, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending appropriate actions</li> <li>Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, HR, and Operations teams to develop standardized metrics and reporting frameworks</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance</li> <li>5+ years of financial analysis experience</li> <li>Experience forecasting revenue drivers and related operating expenses</li> <li>Advanced experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and report automation preferred</li> <li>Experience with one or more of the following tools: SQL, Power Query, Alteryx, Tableau, DOMO, Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, EPBCS, Essbase, or Anaplan</li> </ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in Med-Tech, DME, Healthcare, Health Insurance, or other highly regulated industries</li> <li>Experience developing performance measurement methodologies, and operational KPI reporting</li> <li>Advanced experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and visualization best practices</li> <li>Strong background in expense management, workforce planning, and headcount analytics</li> <li>Experience implementing driver-based forecasting models and performance measurement frameworks</li> <li>Experience working with large, complex datasets and translating findings into actionable business insights</li> <li>Experience with process improvement, reporting automation, and change management initiatives</li> <li>Familiarity with ERP, CRM, HRIS, and business intelligence platforms, including integrating data across multiple sources</li> <li>Strong communication skills
