Partners with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, manage forecasting processes, and improve reporting capabilities across the organization. Duties & Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Leads budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities for assigned departments or business units.</li> <li>Develops advanced financial models to analyze business scenarios, track performance, and support strategic initiatives.</li> <li>Prepares and delivers financial reporting packages and dashboards for leadership, highlighting key trends and insights.</li> <li>Performs variance analysis and partners with business leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements.</li> <li>Supports monthly and quarterly close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement analysis.</li> <li>Contributes to process improvements, financial systems upgrades, and automation initiatives.</li> <li> <div>Provide ad-hoc reporting and forward-looking analysis to support various departments and projects, proactively engaging business leaders in gap analysis and course correction.</div> </li> <li> <div>Identify and assist in the implementation of enhancements to financial reporting and planning system</div> </li> <li> <div>Support business units with KPI reporting on key operational, sales, and financial metrics.</div> </li> <li> <div>Be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and lead change and operational improvements.</div> </li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>4–6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus</li> <li>Proficient in financial modeling, Excel, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights)</li> <li>Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Adaptiv, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and financial planning systems</li> <li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment  </li> <li>Thorough understanding of US GAAP for purposes of financial statement analysisComfort working with individuals across all departments and job levels</li> <li>Ability to handle competing deadlines – and shifting priorities – with minimal supervision</li> <li>Willing to take feedback, learn and grow, an ethos of continuous
