Coho Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide advanced financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management support for Government Information Technology programs at Hurlburt, FL. This position serves as a senior financial advisor responsible for budget formulation, financial reporting, cost analysis, strategic resource planning, and financial system administration while supporting Government leadership with informed financial decision-making. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): <ul> <li>Lead budget planning, formulation, execution, and financial forecasting activities.</li> <li>Develop financial reports and executive budget briefings.</li> <li>Analyze budget execution and recommend corrective actions.</li> <li>Perform financial modeling and complex spreadsheet analysis.</li> <li>Support invoice reconciliation and financial system administration.</li> <li>Assist with Budget Estimate Submission (BES), Program Objective Memorandum (POM), and President's Budget (PB) submissions.</li> <li>Monitor financial performance and expenditure trends.</li> <li>Support ERP integration and financial data management.</li> <li>Coordinate financial training and guidance for Government personnel.</li> <li>Review funding documents, appropriations, and financial transactions.</li> <li>Serve as liaison between financial stakeholders and program leadership.</li> <li>Recommend improvements to financial management processes.</li> </ul> Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements: <ul> <li>Security Clearance <ul> <li>Active Top-Secret Clearance required</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Education: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or relevant government experience may be substituted for formal education</li> <li>Experience supporting Federal or Department of Defense financial programs</li> <li>Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills</li> <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Demonstrated Knowledge & Experience:</li> <ul> <li>Government budgeting and appropriations</li> <li>Financial forecasting and modeling</li> <li>Budget execution and reconciliation</li> <li>ERP and Government financial systems</li> <li>Invoice reconciliation and accounting</li> <li>Financial reporting and executive presentations</li> <li>Resource planning and financial compliance</li> <li>Government budget submission processes</li> </ul> </ul><div class="content-conclusion">About Copper River & The Native Village of Eyak: Owned by the Native Village of Eyak (NVE), a federally recognized Alaska Native Tribe, the Copper River Family of Companies are a collection of entities that deliver a complementary set of solutions and services to support the diverse missions and requirements of our clients.
