It follows a hybrid working model, with required in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, while offering flexibility for remote work on Mondays and Fridays.</p> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled <strong>Senior Financial Analyst </strong>to join our<strong> Entertainment Finance</strong> team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities to ensure accurate financial projections and strategic decision-making.</p> <p>The Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in providing financial insights and analysis, with a focus on revenue. You will be responsible for interpreting financial data, developing forecasts, and producing reports to aid key decision-making. On a daily basis, you will work alongside various teams and partner with the business to ensure cohesive budgeting, financial planning, and performance evaluation. Additionally, you will play an active role in supporting the wider P&amp;L and driving ongoing process improvements.</p> <p><strong>As a Senior Financial Analyst at Hasbro, you will -</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain robust budgeting and forecasting models, with a focus on revenue streams (e.g. SVOD, Linear TV, FAST, AVOD, EST), to support business objectives, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.</li> <li>Partner with the Commercial teams to derive, model and explain assumptions used in revenue projections. Analyse historical data, market trends and user behaviours to identify key drivers influencing revenues.</li> <li>Prepare, analyse, and present monthly financial results, including actuals and accruals, collaborating with accounting teams to support a smooth and compliant month-end close.</li> <li>Perform detailed variance analysis between forecasted and actual financial results.
