SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST (F/M/D) | IGNITIS RENEWABLES
Job Description
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Financial department of the Ignitis Renewables team. In this role, you will support renewable asset management by providing financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting insights. If that speaks to you, weâd be happy to welcome you to our team!Â

You will contribute to secure and green energy ecosystem creation by:
- Developing new reporting solutions that directly enhance decision support, clarifying the impact on financial projections and KPIs;
- Building automated dashboards (Power BI) on renewable assets performance, enabling actionable business insights for improved decision-making;
- Providing support on the existing short-term and/or long-term forecasts;
- Contributing to the month-end and variance analysis reporting;
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity of data;
- Working on special projects, supporting financial data architecture discussions;
- Being the owner of the company's databook;
- Identifying opportunities to improve financial analysis, reporting and data processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Math, Economics or another closely related degree (ACCA, CFA certificates are an advantage);
- 4+ years of analytical work experience in a professional environment;
- Detail and data quality oriented approach with the capability of summarizing and effectively communicating findings and analysis;
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, including the ability to identify and understand key business drivers;
- Being a result-oriented, responsible, and proactive team player willing to improve in a fast-paced setting;
- Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills in both verbal and written communication;
- Experience with data visualization (Power BI or similar tools) and strong presentation skills;
- Proficiency of MS Office programs combined with a solid foundation of accounting knowledge.
