Hasbro European Trading BV ('HET') is Hasbro SA's distributor in Europe, which sells to Hasbro SA's customers in all major European countries. Hasbro International Trading BV ('HIT') is Hasbro SA's distributor for Direct/FOB sales in Europe. Hasbro UK Ltd ('the Company') provides sales, marketing and other services to HET and HIT in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The Senior Financial Analyst (Managed Expenses) plays a pivotal role in driving disciplined expense oversight and strategic investment for the Licensed Consumer Products and Entertainment businesses. Acting as a critical business partner to cross-functional leaders, this role is responsible for delivering timely, actionable insights into operating expenses to ensure the company maintains financial agility while supporting growth objectives. This role demands a strong command of forecasting, budget management, managed expenses, business partnering and variance analysis, paired with excellent communication and strategic influencing skills. This role is based in our Capper Street, London office with hybrid working. In office Tuesdays/ Wednesdays and Thursdays. margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 6pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience of managed expenses and business partnering.</li> <li style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 6pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the finance or commercial sectors.</li> <li style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 6pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insightful recommendations.</li> <li style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 6pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.</li> <li style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 6pt; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong knowledge of financial software and tools, including advanced Excel skills.</li> <li style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm;
