Come join us.</p></div><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>You will be a key partner to our <strong>General Managers and North America leadership</strong> across the Sales and Operations organizations. This is a role with both a strategic and a tactical edge: you’ll drive forecasting, planning, closing the books, and own the day-to-day tasks that keep the business moving. You’ll also play a key role in our AI transformation, working cross-functionally, with our accounting and data analytics teams to design and automate workflows across the enterprise.</p> <p>If you want to work at the cross section of global trade, technology and modern finance you belong here.</p> <p><strong>You Will:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Partner with Sales & Operations Leadership: </strong>Serve as the strategic finance partner to GMs and NA leadership, monitoring trends, communicating performance, and empowering operators to manage their business with clarity and confidence.</li> <li><strong>Drive Business Outcomes Cross-Functionally: </strong>Operate at the intersection of strategy and execution. Translate commercial and operational questions into analysis that drives decisions, and work across teams to unblock bottlenecks and prioritize opportunities by impact.</li> <li><strong>Improve & Automate: </strong>Lead process improvements beyond your core reporting. Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to scale complex financial workflows and build tooling that supercharges the whole team.</li> <li><strong>Own the Reporting Cadence: </strong>Facilitate the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting rhythm. Partner with Accounting to support the close, and make sure leadership has timely, accurate, and actionable numbers on a predictable schedule.</li> <li><strong>Partner with Data Analytics on KPIs: </strong>Work hand in hand with our Data Analytics team, who own dashboard design and maintenance, to define and maintain the key business KPIs that Sales and Operations leaders rely on to run their business.</li> <li><strong>Forecast, Plan & Analyze: </strong>Support forecasting, business planning, compensation planning, and budget-vs-actuals analysis for the Sales and Operations org. Develop a deep understanding of the key business drivers and surface the insights that matter.</li> <li><strong>Be a Source of Truth: </strong>Be the reliable source of truth for both the numbers and the status of key initiatives, holding cross-functional partners accountable for deliverables.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You Should Have:</strong></p> <p><strong>Hard Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>3-5 years of experience </strong>in FP&A, Business Operations, or Data Analytics. Logistics or high-growth tech experience is a plus.</li> <li><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. (required)</li> <li><strong>Financial Modeling: </strong>Strong financial modeling and Excel/GSheets skills (required).</li> <li><strong>Technical Skillset: </strong>Demonstrated competency with relational databases (Snowflake, SQL) and agentic coding platforms (Claude Code/Codex). Working knowledge of large language models and emerging interoperability standards such as Model Context Protocol.
