This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong operating expense experience, advanced reporting capabilities, and the ability to translate financial results into clear insights that support disciplined spend management, forecast accuracy, and executive decision-making.<br>•    Lead OPEX analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting; identify key cost drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed business decisions.<br>•    Develop and maintain financial models, reporting packages, and dashboards that improve visibility into operating expenses, forecast accuracy, and performance against plan.<br>•    Collaborate and manage daily activities with Finance Center of Excellence and cross functional team resources. <br>•    Serve as a trusted finance business partner to functional leaders, communicating financial performance, spend drivers, and actionable recommendations to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.<br>•    Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including accrual review, actuals analysis, forecast comparisons, and clear explanations of variances versus plan and prior forecasts.<br>•    Identify opportunities to streamline planning and reporting processes, enhance controls, and improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of OPEX reporting.<br>•    Operate with strong ownership, attention to detail, and sound judgment while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.<br>•    Apply advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Oracle Cloud, Hyperion, and related planning or reporting tools to deliver accurate analysis and scalable reporting solutions.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Experience &amp; Education</H2> </div><div><p>Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience</p></div></div></div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Compensation:</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The target salary range for this position is 129,200 - 175,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range.
