We are known for our rapid deployment of innovative solutions, handling over 150 billion requests daily, focusing on data privacy and scalability.</p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior FinOps Analyst</strong> to drive cost transparency, accountability, and optimization across our cloud and AI environments.&nbsp;</p> <p>You'll sit at the intersection of Finance, Product, and Engineering, turning raw billing data into decisions that engineering and product teams can act on.</p> <p>This is a strategic, high-visibility role with the opportunity to shape the future of FinOps in the AI era-&nbsp; from cost visibility to using AI to modernize FinOps itself.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Own</strong> the cloud cost reporting cadence: track spend trends and KPIs, highlight the key drivers behind significant changes, and translate findings into leadership-ready reporting.</li> <li><strong>Partner</strong> with Engineering, Cloud Ops, and Product teams to turn cost insights into action and hold teams accountable to budget and efficiency goals.</li> <li><strong>Present</strong> clear, accurate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership.</li> <li><strong>Translate</strong> requirements into cost KPIs and financial planning inputs; drive continuous improvement in cost visibility and governance.</li> <li><strong>Investigate</strong> cost anomalies flagged by our monitoring tools, partner with engineering teams to identify root cause, and validate findings</li> <li><strong>Build and maintain</strong> cost dashboards highlighting KPIs and the key drivers behind significant cost changes.</li> <li><strong>Track and improve</strong> unit economics, connecting cloud and AI/ML spend to business and usage metrics.</li> <li><strong>Monitor</strong> and analyze AI/GenAI infrastructure costs as a distinct and growing category of spend, applying FinOps principles to this new cost domain.</li> <li><strong>Identify and drive</strong> savings opportunities: rightsizing, waste elimination, Reserved Instance/Savings Plan coverage, and commitment strategy.</li> <li><strong>Support</strong> financial planning: forecasting, budget vs. actuals, and variance analysis for cloud infrastructure spend.</li> <li><strong>Maintain and improve</strong> FinOps tooling (e.g., Finout or equivalent cloud cost management platforms), including data validation and quality checks.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h3>What you have</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in FinOps analysis, or cloud cost analysis</li> <li>Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP cost and usage data (Cost Explorer, billing exports, or a third-party FinOps platform such as Finout).</li> <li>Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in SQL and Excel.</li> <li>Good understanding of cloud pricing models (on-demand, Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, committed use discounts).</li> <li>Experience with cost allocation, tagging strategy, and chargeback/showback models.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical cost data into business-relevant insights for both engineers and executives.</li> <li>High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy</li> <li>Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h3>Bonus points</h3> <ul> <li>Prior experience in a SaaS or ad-tech company at scale.</li> <li>Experience with AI tools to create automated FinOps processes.</li> <li>FinOps Foundation Certified Practitioner (FOCP) certification.</li> <li>Familiarity with anomaly detection and forecasting tools/methods.</li> <li>Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As a global company operating from 25 offices across 19 countries, we reflect the human mosaic of the diverse and multicultural world in which we live.
