Senior Full Stack Mobile Engineer (.NET / React Native) Location: Novi Sad, Serbia (Talcom Nearshore Delivery Centre) Full Time Client: International Software Company About the Opportunity Talcom is looking for a Senior Full Stack Mobile Engineer to join an international product development team building modern mobile solutions used by thousands of professionals across Europe. This role is primarily focused on mobile development using React Native, while also requiring strong full-stack capabilities across .NET backend services, React applications and cloud-based deployment environments. You will take ownership of features from concept to production and work closely with product managers, designers and engineers to deliver reliable, scalable and user-friendly mobile experiences. Responsibilities • Design, develop and deploy mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript • Build and maintain backend services using C# and .NET • Contribute to React-based web applications when required • Develop and maintain integrations with modern and legacy APIs • Support existing mobile applications while contributing to next-generation platform development • Build, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines • Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams across multiple countries • Ensure quality through testing, code reviews and engineering best practices • Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and software quality Requirements • 4+ years of professional software development experience • Strong experience developing and releasing React Native applications for both iOS and Android • Solid knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript development • Experience with React and modern frontend development • Good understanding of C# and .NET backend development • Experience working with REST APIs and distributed applications • Knowledge of Docker and containerized environments • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and mobile release processes • Professional English communication skills Nice to Have • Experience with Expo and mobile application distribution • Knowledge of Kubernetes • Experience with Azure DevOps • Experience supporting legacy applications while building new platforms • German language skills • Experience working in international product organizations What We Offer • Long-term engagement with an international software company • Competitive compensation package • Hybrid working model from our Novi Sad delivery centre • Private health insurance • Professional development opportunities • Modern equipment and collaborative engineering culture • Opportunity to work on a product with direct impact on thousands of end users • International collaboration with teams across Europe About Talcom Talcom helps European companies scale their engineering teams through high-quality talent.
