Our Client

The client is a leading provider of construction management software. Their platform helps construction companies manage projects, financials, resources, and collaboration across the construction lifecycle. The company operates at enterprise scale and has a large ecosystem of applications, users, and integrations.


Job Summary

This role will support a client’s IAM and security teams across several identity and access management initiatives, including access and role analysis, least-privilege optimization, SSO/Okta integration support, and OAuth application risk assessment and remediation. The position is primarily focused on analysis, risk assessment, documentation, and stakeholder coordination, working closely with application, security, and business teams. This is not a hands-on Okta configuration role.

The position will be short-term, approximately 3 months, through the end of the year, with the possibility of an extension still to be determined.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze identity, application, role, entitlement, and access data.

  • Perform IAM/GRC risk assessments and identify excessive or inappropriate access.

  • Apply Principle of Least Privilege and RBAC principles to access decisions.

  • Review and analyze user profiles and access patterns using IAM/IGA platforms.

  • Support application inventory and identify applications requiring SSO/Okta integration.

  • Partner with application owners and business stakeholders to collect information and drive remediation.

  • Triage and analyze legacy OAuth applications within Google Workspace.

  • Document findings, recommendations, access profiles, and remediation actions.

  • Coordinate with technical teams responsible for implementing configuration changes.

  • Support IAM governance processes and help establish repeatable processes for access reviews and remediation.

  • Potentially support light automation/data analysis when required.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • IAM / Identity Governance / Access Management experience.

  • Experience with Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, Lumos, or a comparable IAM/IGA platform.

  • IAM/GRC risk assessment experience.

  • Strong knowledge of RBAC, entitlements, access reviews, SSO, identity lifecycle, and Principle of Least Privilege.

  • Experience working with application owners and business stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Located in Latam.

  • Fluent English level.
