As a Senior IT Analyst, you’ll play a valuable role in providing high quality, business critical and reliable service. This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden. What you’ll be doing: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Operate, maintain and improve our primary B2B integration platform.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Continuously improve monitoring of the technical platform as well as data flows.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Capacity and performance management.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Automate manual operations.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Handle incidents and participate in problem investigations.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Act as the 3rd line support and the escalation point to the vendor.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Work closely with our developers adopting DevOps practices.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Onboarding of new B2B partners or internal systems, doing technical assessments </li> </ul> To succeed in this role, we believe that you are: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Self-driven, communicative, team player with good understanding of critical enterprise environments and importance of operational stability</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Able to stay calm, focused and work rational under pressure</li> </ul> Your experience and background:   <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Experience with SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Technical knowledge and experience of communication and file transfer protocols: SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Knowledge of digital certificates and file/message integrity.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Linux and container skills.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Scripting and automation skills e.g. bash, Python, Ansible.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Monitoring tools skills e.g. Splunk, Grafana.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Good understanding of distributed systems.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Understanding of databases and basic SQL skills.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Experience of B2B integration.</li> </ul> Additional skills that would be an advantage:  <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Experience with Splunk, AppDynamics, Jira, Confluence, Git/Bitbucket, Bamboo.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Knowledge about file messages/filetypes used in banking sector.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Knowledge about additional protocols:  SWIFT, MQ.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Knowledge about webservices.</li> </ul> If this sounds like you, get in touch!
