As a partner to the Retail, Rental, Operations departments within the organization, this individual will help support the technology at each of the 250 retail locations, focused on a core suite of Retail Applications including ERP (inventory, distribution, buying, etc.), reporting and point-of-sale functionality. Working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Operations, Warehousing, Accounting, Ecommerce, and other areas of IT, this person is a key contributor supporting production system health and delivering key IT enhancements. The ideal candidate for this role is excited to help a team improve, develop, and implement SDLC (Software Dev Life Cycle) and customer service best practices in a uniquely complex environment. They will be comfortable moving between the technical analyst, business analyst and quality assurance spaces, as this role requires flexibility between each of those disciplines.
