The Data Center Construction organization at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is rapidly expanding to deliver gigawatt-scale campuses that power Oracle’s global cloud network. Within this organization, the Telecommunications Infrastructure team is responsible for the delivery of structured cabling, security, AV, BMS/controls, and related low-voltage systems that enable OCI’s hyperscale data center operations.

The Senior Manager, Data Center Telecommunications Infrastructure Delivery, will lead a team responsible for the execution, integration, and delivery of low-voltage infrastructure across OCI’s global data center portfolio. This leader will drive vendor performance, execution consistency, technical standards, and cross-functional coordination across multiple concurrent hyperscale developments.

This role requires close alignment with regional/site execution teams and frequent field engagement to validate system readiness, coordinate commissioning activities, support issue resolution, and respond quickly to evolving site conditions. Employee must work on site. **This role is based in the El Paso, TX/Las Cruces, NM area and requires one to live in the area. Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Data Center Telecommunications Infrastructure Delivery, is responsible for leading low-voltage delivery teams supporting OCI’s largest hyperscale and GigaScale campus developments. This role combines people leadership, technical oversight, and execution management to ensure low-voltage systems are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to OCI’s global standards.

This leader will oversee vendor execution, schedule coordination, installation quality, commissioning readiness, and operational turnover while partnering closely with design, construction, commissioning, hardware, and operations organizations.

Team Leadership & Delivery Management

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for low-voltage infrastructure delivery across multiple global projects.
  • Establish execution priorities, resource planning, and delivery strategies aligned with OCI’s hyperscale growth objectives.
  • Drive accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence across internal teams and external vendors.

Low Voltage Infrastructure Delivery

  • Oversee delivery of structured cabling, bulk fiber, security, AV, BMS, and controls systems across hyperscale campuses.
  • Ensure alignment of low-voltage systems with construction, commissioning, and operational readiness milestones.
  • Support integrated project planning, issue resolution, and schedule recovery efforts across concurrent developments.

Vendor & Program Management

  • Manage vendor performance related to installation, testing, commissioning, schedule, cost, and quality.
  • Oversee change management, commercial coordination, and execution tracking across multiple vendors and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with OCI standards, manufacturer requirements, and regional regulations.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with design, construction, hardware, commissioning, and operations teams to support integrated project delivery.
  • Coordinate site readiness activities supporting rack deployment, network integration, and operational turnover.
  • Provide leadership escalation and resolution for complex technical and execution challenges.

Quality, Standards & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive consistency in installation quality, testing, documentation, and commissioning readiness across all projects.
  • Support development and implementation of global standards, delivery processes, and scalable execution models.
  • Identify opportunities for prefabrication, modularization, and process improvements to accelerate delivery efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong leadership experience managing teams delivering low-voltage or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
  • Deep understanding of structured cabling, BMS, security, AV, and controls systems within data center environments.
  • Proven experience managing vendor-driven construction and infrastructure delivery programs.
  • Strong understanding of hyperscale data center design, construction, commissioning, and operational turnover.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across executive, engineering, and field organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience supporting large-scale global infrastructure deployments in fast-paced environments.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
