This role drives day-to-day execution within a core department while supporting broader site and company initiatives. You will partner with operations leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver strong business results, enhance team performance, and bring Stitch Fix’s culture and values to life.</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Lead, coach, and develop a large team of hourly employees to achieve daily operational and throughput goals</li> <li>Own daily workforce planning and execution, using data to identify trends, address gaps, and drive continuous improvement</li> <li>Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching to support employee growth and engagement</li> <li>Manage operational processes such as timekeeping, attendance tracking, and reporting with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail</li> <li>Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and operational systems (e.g., workforce management platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards) to analyze performance and improve decision-making</li> <li>Champion innovation by implementing new processes, encouraging feedback, and driving efficiency improvements</li> </ul> <h3><strong>About You</strong></h3> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in a direct people leadership role, with a proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams</li> <li>Experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse, fulfillment, or operational environment</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to drive daily execution and continuous improvement</li> <li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including reporting, trend analysis, and data-driven decision-making</li> <li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Ability to work on the floor for extended periods (8+ hours) in a hands-on leadership role</li> <li>Flexibility is important, as you should be available to address issues outside of standard business hours, and willing to work on nights or weekends as required.</li> <li>Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and comfort learning new technologies</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to Have</h3> <ul> <li>Experience leading large, diverse teams (part-time and full-time)</li> <li>Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)</li> <li>Experience implementing new processes or leading change initiatives</li> <li>Familiarity with analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)</li> </ul> <h3><strong><em>We are an equal opportunity employer seeking individuals who value and will support a friendly, team-oriented and drug free workplace.&nbsp; Applicants may be required to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen prior to commencing employment.</em></strong></h3><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span data-sheets-root="1"><span style="font-size: 22px;"><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></span><br><br>This role will receive a competitive salary and benefits. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance. In addition, the position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
