We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Lead to own the data strategy, governance, and migration workstreams for our SAP S/4HANA implementation program. This role is critical to ensuring clean, accurate, and well-governed data across the enterprise as we transition to S/4HANA, and will serve as the primary authority on data quality, migration methodology, and master data standards throughout the program lifecycle. In this role, you will also have the SAP S/4 data migration team as direct reports. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead the end-to-end data workstream for the S/4HANA program, including data assessment, cleansing, mapping, migration, validation, and reconciliation.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Define and own the data migration strategy, approach, and tooling.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop and enforce master data governance standards for key domains (e.g., Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, Chart of Accounts, Cost Center).</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Partner with business process owners to define data quality rules, cleansing criteria, and acceptance thresholds prior to migration.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities from legacy systems into S/4HANA.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead mock and final data load cycles, coordinating with functional teams (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, etc.) to validate data readiness.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Establish data reconciliation processes to ensure completeness and accuracy between legacy and target systems.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manage a team of data analysts, data migration specialists, and offshore resources supporting the data workstream.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Identify data-related risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans in coordination with program leadership.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Define and track KPIs/metrics for data quality, migration progress, and defect resolution.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX) throughout the migration.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support post-go-live data governance, including ongoing master data maintenance processes and controls.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Document data standards, migration runbooks, and lessons learned for future phases or rollouts,</li> </ul> WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE: <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, related field. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">10+ years of experience in SAP data management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience with the SAP Master Data Governance application</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience with the Syniti application    </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience managing a team   </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong leadership skills and proven ability to adapt leadership style to different situations and people as well as to a complex business structure.  </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to travel up to 25%. </li> </ul>
