Senior Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, SharePoint & BI Administrator
Description/Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator with 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and operating enterprise-scale environments, with deep specialization in SharePoint Online architecture and Business Intelligence (Power BI). This role is highly technical and will lead the design, governance, automation, and optimization of collaboration platforms and data analytics solutions.

Core Responsibilities:
Ā
Microsoft 365 / Entra ID Engineering
- Architect and manage enterprise identity platforms using Entra ID
- Implement Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and PIM
- Design SSO integrations (SAML/OAuth/OIDC)
- Manage SCIM provisioning and RBAC models
- Integrate Entra ID with AWS and SaaS platforms
SharePoint Online (Primary Focus)
- Lead SharePoint architecture design (hub/spoke, taxonomy, governance)
- Implement enterprise DMS solutions
- Develop with SPFx and Power Platform
- Manage migrations (file shares, Dropbox, legacy systems)
- Enforce governance and compliance policies
Business Intelligence (Primary Focus)
- Design and administer Power BI environments
- Develop dashboards and reports
- Build data models using DAX and Power Query
- Integrate with data platforms (SQL, APIs, AWS/Azure)
- Implement RLS and optimize performance
Security & Compliance
- Implement DLP, sensitivity labels, and retention policies
- Manage Microsoft Defender and Zero Trust controls
- Support compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC2)
Automation & Integration
- Develop automation using PowerShell and Graph API
- Build workflows with Power Automate and Logic Apps
- Integrate systems across enterprise platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years Microsoft ecosystem experience
- Expertise in M365, Entra ID, SharePoint, Power BI
- Strong PowerShell and automation skills
- Experience with SAML, OAuth, SCIM
- Enterprise-scale solution design experience
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS and Azure data services experience
- Data warehousing knowledge
- Microsoft certifications (SC-300, PL-300, MS-102)

The salary range for this opportunity is $96,600 to $140,000. Compensation depends on several factors: qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
