About the Role

Now we are looking for senior Oracle Database Administrator who will be working with the newest technologies on the market and will be frequently trained on the latest products. Day-to-day operations include working with business-critical databases, Oracle Exadata, VLDBs with size in TBs, high availability solutions like RAC and Data Guard, design/implement infrastructure projects, datacenter migration/consolidation projects.

Daily Challenges

•    Provide day-to-day support for Oracle databases.
•    Experienced in optimization analysis, troubleshooting/best practices and procedures.
•    Provide standardization and driving resolution of root cause analysis for the most business critical and complex incidents 
•    Implementing middle to high-complex solutions and monitor database functionality to ensure stable environments
•    Participating in and being ready to build non-standard but effective solutions in order to override existing technical challenges
•    Ability to mentor/supplement DBA team members.
•    Understand and follow industry best practices and standards.
 

eXperience and Skills Required

• Real production experience and knowledge in at least two of the following Oracle Database versions: 10g, 11g, 12c , 18c, 19c, 21c
• Understand PL/SQL queries.
• Practical experience with: Managing Database Availability, Storage, Data, Memory, Performance, Installations, Patching, Upgrade, Migration, Advanced Backup and Recovery, Flashback Database, ASM.
• Good knowledge in administration of at least one of the following server systems: HP-UX, Linux, AIX, Solaris.
• Proven analytic skills, strong judgment and works effectively with other team members.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
