<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">As a Senior People Operations Analyst, youâll act as a first point of contact for complex, crossâregional People topics, own and continuously improve core People Ops processes, ensure seamless employee experience and a highâquality support at every stage of their journey.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">This is a hybrid role, with office attendance in Denver expected 2 days per week. </strong></span></p>
<h2><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">What to expect</span></h2>
<ul>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Act as firstâline contact for complex People topics globally (policies, processes, systems, employment documentation, data questions).</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Own and optimize endâtoâend People Ops processes within your domains (e.g., global onboarding/offboarding, background checks, Compliance Operation).</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Maintain and continuously improve People Ops documentation and employeeâfacing content for our selfâservice.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Serve as an operational expert in Workday; partner with People Tech and other People teams to drive automation and process improvements.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Coordinate with external partners (EOR vendors, backgroundâcheck providers, immigration counsel, etc.) to ensure data and processes are accurate and compliant.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Lead or support crossâfunctional projects that reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and strengthen the employee experience.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior People Ops colleagues; review work on complex cases; share best practices.</span></li>

<h2><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">What you need to be successful</span></h2>
<ul>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience in People Operations in a global/international team across multiple locations.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience in an HR shared services model; proven ability to partner crossâfunctionally to automate and reduce tactical administration.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong working knowledge of US HR policies, labor law, and compliance; multiâcountry experience is a plus.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Handsâon experience with Workday for lifecycle administration; comfortable collaborating with People Tech on configuration, workflows, and testing.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Analytical, structured mindset with rigorous attention to detail; you spot inconsistencies and follow through to resolution.</span></li>
