Senior Physician Compensation Analyst

The Senior Compensation Analyst – Physician Practices supports the design, implementation, and administration of provider compensation programs across the Surgery Partners physician practice portfolio. This role is responsible for maintaining the provider compensation management technology platform, performing compensation modeling and analysis for physicians and advanced practice providers, and ensuring compensation arrangements align with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS) considerations. This role partners closely with operations leadership, compliance, legal, HR, and finance teams to ensure provider compensation programs are accurate, scalable, compliant, and aligned with organizational strategy.
