Role Summary
As Senior Planning Manager within our Planning & Scheduling department, you will lead planning strategy across STACK Infrastructure's mission-critical data centre developments, providing programme leadership from early development through construction and handover. You will own a portfolio of integrated master schedules, challenge program assumptions, identify risks and opportunity, and provide trusted advice to project and executive stakeholders. This is an opportunity to influence delivery across a growing European portfolio while driving planning excellence and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, own and maintain a portfolio of Integrated Master Schedules across complex data centre programmes.
- Lead schedule workshops with internal teams, consultants and contractors.
- Provide strategic programme analysis, identifying schedule risks, opportunities and recovery plans.
- Manage external planning consultants and ensure high-quality schedule outputs.
- Review contractor programmes for compliance, logic, critical path and contractual requirements.
- Support commercial discussions relating to extensions of time, variations and schedule impacts.
- Monitor portfolio milestones and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, standards and governance.
- Collaborate across Development, Design, Delivery and Commercial teams to achieve programme objectives.
What You'll Bring
- Extensive construction planning experience on complex infrastructure or mission-critical projects.
- Advanced Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud expertise.
- Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), Earned Value Management and integrated scheduling.
- Commercial and contractual awareness, ideally including FIDIC environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence senior leaders through clear programme insight and data-driven recommendations.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience.
