<p>Taboola, Inc. seeks Senior Product Analyst in Los Angeles, CA. The Senior Product Analyst is<br>responsible for independently leading product data analytics and proactively guiding business growth<br>based on data analysis and statistical research. Specific duties include: (1) Researching and analyzing<br>large volume data sets and generating conclusions and actionable recommendations; (2) Developing data<br>models and dashboards and finding creative solutions for new challenges; (3) Serving as the focal point<br>for all data-related matters; (4) Managing multiple data initiatives and projects on an ongoing and ad-hoc<br>basis; (5) Defining and analyzing A/B tests to optimize product performance and understand user<br>behavior; (6) Participating in product-related decisions and identifying opportunities for product<br>improvements based on data analysis; (7) Working closely with R&amp;amp;D and Product teams across multiple<br>countries and time zones to understand objectives and create products that contribute to the company’s<br>goals; (8) Leveraging modern analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve the efficiency and scale of<br>analytical work, including automating workflows and enhancing or developing analytical tools and self-<br>service solutions that increase the accessibility of insights; (9) Developing and applying product,<br>analytical, and technical knowledge to work with product management, analytics and algorithm teams,<br>R&amp;amp;D, policy, and business stakeholders to support analytical initiatives.</p> <p><br><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong><br>- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analysis, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Industrial<br>Engineering, Computer Science, or related quantitative field;<br>- Three years of professional experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or product<br>analytics role in a data-rich environment, analyzing large, complex datasets to inform multiple<br>stakeholders including business and product decisions.<br>- Three years of hands-on product analytics or data science experience.<br>- Advanced SQL experience, including work with large-scale or cloud-based data warehouses and<br>analytical databases (e.g., BigQuery, Vertica, or similar), and proficiency with Python or<br>comparable analytical programming languages for data analysis and automation<br>- Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., including Tableau ), including<br>dashboard design and development using established analytics and visualization methodologies to<br>deliver reliable, self-service insights to stakeholders.<br>- Demonstrated, hands-on experience routinely applying AI-enabled analytics tools to materially<br>improve analytical workflows and outputs, including independent use of such tools to enhance,<br>scale, or develop analytical tools, methods, or data products that increase the accessibility and<br>impact of insights.- Demonstrated ability to lead analytical initiatives, including ownership of a defined analytical or<br>product domain, metric definition, insight synthesis, and clear communication and presentation of<br>recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders across varying levels of the<br>organization in global cross-functional environments.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Partial remote/hybrid benefit available.</strong></span></p> <p><br><strong>ANNUAL PAY RANGE</strong>: $101,712 - $156,475 + benefits (Annual discretionary bonus, RSUs, and<br>standard benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), Flex Time Off, holidays,<br>life/disability, etc.)</p>
