Senior Product Manager — AI Native

To do this effectively, we must build and enhance a scalable platform that delivers the capabilities our customers need and increasingly, that means building AI-first</p> <p>An AI Native Product Manager at level IV helps accomplish this by collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deeply understand customer and business needs, then rapidly designing and building capabilities that meet them using AI at every step. Rather than relying solely on detailed requirements documents, this PM leads through action: researching and prototyping with AI tools, contributing directly to the product through vibe-coding, and using AI to interpret and navigate complex engineering systems.</p> <p>An AI Native PM celebrates each step our teams take toward a "One System" Mindset by adopting and reusing platform capabilities to reduce silos and waste and models what it means to operate in an AI-first world!</p> <p><strong>What you'll get to do... </strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to identify and design flexible Capabilities that can be used by other Engineering teams to construct products that meet customer and business needs, validating ideas through AI-built prototypes rather than static documentation</li> <li>Serve as a technical Product Manager for full-stack capabilities, working closely with Engineering Managers to build and launch these capabilities, and contributing directly through AI vibe-coding using tools like Claude Code or Cursor</li> <li>Leverage AI to review, interpret, and communicate complex engineering systems, bridging the gap between technical architecture and product strategy</li> <li>Build and maintain a dynamic 6+ month roadmap for Platform Capabilities that adapt quickly to changing market conditions, including light-weight project plans, dependency maps, and cost models</li> <li>Understand and serve the evolving needs of customers operating in today's AI-first world, continuously identifying how AI-powered capabilities can create new value</li> <li>Guide other Engineering teams through technical adoption of the Platform Capabilities you create</li> <li>Drive continual improvements in functionality, ease of use, performance, and cost; combine rapid prototyping with experimentation and data to guide your decisions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your experience should include... </strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of proven experience launching new products and features that are used at scale</li> <li>3+ years leading successful product and/or engineering teams</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience coding with AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor</li> <li>Proven experience launching AI-coded features or applications in a production environment</li> <li>Proven track record of achieving strong Customer and Business outcomes</li> <li>Experience defining a technology or product vision and successfully launching software systems that accomplish this vision</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to maintain a dynamic product roadmap, adapting to rapidly changing market and customer conditions</li> </ul> <p><strong>We've got your back...</strong> We offer a range of total rewards that may include paid time off, retirement savings (e.g., 401k, pension schemes), bonus/incentive eligibility, equity grants, participation in our employee stock purchase plan, competitive health benefits, and other family-friendly benefits including parental leave.
