Delivering a seamless, transparent, and trustworthy monetization experience is critical to both customer trust and long-term business growth. We’re looking for a Product Manager to own key areas of Fivetran’s monetization platform, with a focus on billing, metering, entitlements, and subscription lifecycle management. This role sits at the intersection of product, platform, pricing strategy, and customer experience. You’ll partner closely with your fellow teammates on Product, Engineering, Design, Revenue Operations, and strategic pricing leaders to define and execute the roadmap for how usage is measured, billed, packaged, and surfaced to customers. You’ll help ensure that pricing innovations can be implemented reliably and scalably while maintaining a high-quality customer experience across all monetization touchpoints. This is an ideal role for a PM who enjoys complex systems, operational rigor, and solving customer-facing problems at scale. This is a full-time position based out of our Novi Sad office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team. font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner closely with Engineering to deeply understand Fivetran’s billing and metering architecture, data flows, and operational dependencies — using that knowledge to drive scalable platform improvements</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0) !important; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Translate pricing and packaging strategies into clear product requirements and platform capabilities, including usage-based pricing models, contract terms, credits, tiering, and product entitlements</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0) !important; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Define and drive the product strategy for customer-facing monetization experiences, including subscription management, billing transparency, usage visibility, and purchasing flows</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0) !important; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bring an AI-first mindset to product development, leveraging AI tools and workflows to move faster, improve decision-making, and uncover insights</li> </ul> Skills We’re Looking For <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">4–7 years of Product Management experience, ideally in platform, monetization, billing, payments, pricing, or infrastructure domains</li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0) !important; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
