Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Reporting & Data Management:

  • Produce weekly and monthly programme status reports.
  • Maintain dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Consolidate updates from project managers and workstream leads.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting data.
  • Support preparation of steering committee materials.

Planning & Tracking Support:

  • Maintain programme schedules and milestone tracking.
  • Support dependency tracking across projects and jurisdictions.
  • Update and manage RAID logs.
  • Track actions and follow-ups from governance forums.
  • Assist with change control documentation and tracking.

Financial Tracking & Analysis:

  • Support budget tracking and cost reporting.
  • Maintain forecast updates and variance analysis.
  • Reconcile actuals vs. plan in collaboration with Finance.
  • Track purchase orders, invoices and vendor spend.
  • Assist with financial reporting across regions and currencies.

Risk & Issue Management Support:

  • Maintain programme risk and issue registers.
  • Track mitigation actions and escalation timelines.
  • Support risk workshops and documentation.
  • Ensure risk data is up to date.

Governance & Compliance Support:

  • Ensure documentation aligns with internal governance standards.
  • Maintain stage-gate documentation and approvals.
  • Support audit preparation activities.
  • Archive and organise programme documentation.

Resource & Capacity Reporting:

  • Maintain resource tracking spreadsheets and tools.
  • Track allocation vs. demand data.
  • Support reporting of capacity risks and constraints.

Tooling & Continuous Improvement:

  • Maintain PM systems and reporting tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation.
  • Standardise templates and documentation formats.
  • Support lessons learned capture and knowledge management.

Requirements & Competencies:

5+ years’ experience in PMO, project coordination, or delivery support roles. Experience supporting complex technology or software programmes. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and reporting tools. Experience working with PM systems (e.g., Clarity, Planview, Jira, MS Project, or similar). Strong analytical and data consolidation skills. Project management certification (CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or similar). Experience in regulated industries (gaming, fintech, payments, telecom, etc.). Financial tracking or budgeting. Strong attention to detail. Analytical and numerate. Structured and process-oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Proactive and solution-focused. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
