As a Senior Project Manager (Pre-Construction) - Data Centres at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity

Monitor programme progress and ensure stakeholders remain aligned with project priorities and milestones.
Lead project meetings, workshops and governance reviews.
Provide regular reporting and executive visibility of project performance, risks and key decisions.
Support health, safety and quality objectives through governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Promote a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

We would love to hear from you if you:

Have experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, infrastructure or complex construction projects.
Have strong project management experience within a client-side, consultancy or PMC environment.
Have experience managing multidisciplinary consultants and stakeholder teams.
Possess excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Have experience in project controls, risk management, governance and procurement coordination.
Understand planning, permitting and authority engagement processes.
Are comfortable operating within complex governance and stage-gate approval environments.
Are capable of driving project outcomes whilst building trusted client relationships.
Have a degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
Speak Dutch or French

It would be great if you also:

Have data centre or mission-critical project experience.
Have experience working on projects within Belgium, the Netherlands or wider Europe.
Have experience managing utility and regulatory stakeholder interfaces.
Have experience supporting procurement and contract formation activities.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
