Job Description

Join Colliers' Brisbane Industrial & Logistics team in a dedicated senior analytical role supporting 12 brokers and major sales and leasing transactions. You will provide financial analysis, market intelligence and technical support for institutional, private and international clients.

This role suits an experienced property analyst, valuer or transaction professional seeking a long-term specialist career in property analysis, valuation or transaction advisory.

Your role

  • Prepare financial models, cash flows, DCFs and transaction underwrites
  • Review leases, tenancy schedules, WALE, income and outgoings
  • Produce pitches, submissions, information memorandums and client reports
  • Coordinate financial and technical due diligence
  • Research transactions, rents, yields and vacancy, and maintain market databases
  • Support campaign strategy, purchaser analysis, client meetings and opportunity identification

Qualifications

What you will bring

  • Relevant experience in commercial property analysis, valuation, transaction advisory or property finance
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling capability, including DCF and property valuation methodologies
  • A tertiary qualification in property, finance, economics, business or a related discipline
  • Sound knowledge of the Australian commercial property market
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines

Highly regarded

  • Industrial and logistics property experience
  • Forbury modelling experience
  • Commercial valuation experience or Certified Practising Valuer accreditation
  • Adobe InDesign and institutional-quality property report experience

You will be commercially minded, technically capable and comfortable taking ownership of detailed analytical work within a high-performing agency team.
